ELEVEN! The double digits feel more real this year and at this age the birthday parties are becoming harder to come up with. Some of the girls are into makeup and some are still not there BUT everyone loves cake. What a lovely experience at Jeanettes Cakes! The unassuming building where its located does it no justice. The interor is bright. warm and welcoming. The best part – THEY HAVE CAKE! The girls were welcomed, briefly connected and then got straight down to business. The cake decorating was instructed step by step, with help being provided whenever one of the girls felt stuck. Girls were signing along to their favourite music requests and the two hours flew by. The last thirty minutes were spent in having a quick bite and signing Maja a happy birthday, in a nice loud voice :). The girls all took home their decorated cake. The owner, Guliana, was the Glenn Abby supplier of THE BEST baked good even before starting this venture. Therefore it was no surprise when I got so many compliments on the quality of taste that the girls brought home for the whole family. Highly reccomend this as your next birthday party venue!
